Basically you take some carrot-pomegranate juice, adjust the ph to 5-6 using baking soda, add a couple caps of reuteri then ferment in a sous vide at 100F for 36 hours. The result is a ridiculously concentrated reuteri product with 10s of billions of cfus per mL. The advised starting dose is a teaspoon a day. I've been working up from a teaspoon to two tablespoons over the past 10 days. I am hornier than I've ever been, in love with every man I pass on the street/in the gym, and my nuts are probably 30-40% fatter than they were before I started.
