250918 Haseul Live>The songwriter wrote Love Poison specifically for Haseul to sing>There were two candidate songs that she sang guide versions of. She sang this one second, and after singing the first line the songwriter and Haseul agreed that this was probably the one>The released version of Love Poison was actually the version that Haseul sang as a guide after receiving it>Jaden Jeong heard the guide version and thought it was really good and that they should just go with that.>Haseul and the writer thought they should give it another go at least, so they went through parts again while they went back for one part that needed re-recording. Recording went smoothly; took like 30 minutes.>After receiving the second version a few days later, Haseul felt that the original guide version was indeed better.>As it was a guide version Haseul had sung with a very effortless, relaxed voice, whereas in the second recording it felt more "like a song", unlike the rougher, loose nature of the guide version.
