It's pretty much all about a bit of tweaks here and there.The manga Star: Strike It Rich has alot of very good huge buff ladies to look at as inspiration, with many different bodytypes and face tones to work from! Look up artists like Cromwellb, Musctonk, and Sheepepp, and see how they design the body.The legs are usually way longer, the hips are way wider (at least as wide as the shoulders), thinner waists, there are certain parts where fat does overtake the muscles (upper thighs, butt, chest, etc...You can do extremely muscular girls and still have them look like girls. Studying from other artists is imo the best way to learn how to make muscle girls look more appealing, since they've already done the hard work of designing an appealing body shape. IRL models are just kinda... Grotesque sometimes. Even if they're more accurate.Unless you're into that kind of body shape, in which case, well, you're gonna have a pretty small audience lol. Which is totally fine, but it doesn't sound like you're too happy with your designs either.

I just think he falls within the neat little drawing category rather than something that something that sells books or makes people desperately want to jerk off to it. That being said, there are many artists less appealing than him with less developed ideas, or weirder aesthetics than him that make it just fine as pros. To me his issue is mainly that he isn't developing his own understanding and pushing the work to its maximum potential. There's a lot of just following the book forced Bridgman form lines and even shading and overall just comes off as flat because he's not emphasizing anything in particular. Instead, he just outlines all the important muscles down the list rather than considering shape relations carefully and choosing what the show off and exaggerate and what to only imply as to not get in the way of the focus.
