I see your work around every once in a while and you seem to be a generally pleasant person, so I'll give you an honest critique:
You have an aesthetic going for you already in terms of character design, so that's good. Your themes all match up for the world you're making them in which is also a plus. My biggest advice to you is to use references and build your knowledge base from books. This doesn't mean to abandon the style you're already drawing in if you're satisfied with it, but it will definitely help you create more compelling pieces in the future. You need to understand what it is you're stylizing so you can stylize your characters more consistently, even if it is a cartoon style.
