I'm sure there are archives of sports photography out there, hell, if it's a mainstream sport you may be better off downloading digital copies of sports magazines.Lame solution but what might help is going through youtube and saving high quality videos of the sports events they have there. Most of it is in HD and it's usually somewhat organized, then just screenshot what you need. Again, not an elegant solution.

Looking through some different studios it seems some of the refs are censor like this one and other are not. I am guessing with the crack down on payment processing companies we might see more censorship or the models wearing underwear
