Realistically and starting as an adult, how long would it take someone to draw like Eigaka at his peak including all the details and technical skill?
>>

depends

Tracing on 3d models isn't as hard as you think.
>>
>>7728388
Surely only a week, or a week and a half, tops.
>>
Assuming you practiced deliberately for a few hours a day, maybe six to twelve months.
>>

Honestly, if you're starting from scratch, I think it would take a minimum of 10-15 years of consistent practice, drawing at least 1-2 hours a day, especially if you want to master advanced techniques like perspective, shading, and anatomy. However, if your goal is simply to draw in a style similar to theirs, it could take less time, especially if you focus on the basics and don’t worry too much about complex elements like perspective or detailed anatomy. With steady practice, I believe you could start drawing in a similar style within about 5 years, but that would mostly be limited to basic poses without the more advanced techniques.
It also depends on your natural talent. If you're really gifted, you might be able to reach a level similar to theirs in under 5 years. if you go on r34 Eigaka was beg tier in 2013

Just fucking draw stop wasting your time making these dogshit threads
>>
you have to stop caring about someone elses success and start thinking for yourself

why does everyone get accused of tracing 3d models on here, is it really that widespread of a practise or is /ic/ just full of crabs?
>>
>>7728643
It is a nobrainer and like 99% of artists who make money off their art do it because why wouldn't they? Of course it is just a time saving feature, if you are /beg/ then it is gonna look bad no matter what you trace.
>>
ima keep it a buck it looks like they use 3d models, references and perspective grids to supplement their weak draftsmanship because that's what seems like the weakest fundie on these. So if you use CSP maybe about 2-3 years of learning to become a render monkey and you're good to go.
>>
>>7728643
how can you look at the world, full of liars and cheaters, and think so foolishly that the art community is somehow different? are you really that naive?
>>
>>7728930
actually I don't think they even use perspective grids or 3d models. It looks like they just use references and rely on stylization to disguise weak fundies. Rendermaxxxing is really an ez way to appeal to normies

the perspective is way off on everything. nobody is in the same space, the guitar body and neck are in 2 different perspectives, his torso is fucked, the legs are fucked, he has no neck, I could go on but really you must suck something awful to think this is traced
>>
>>7728935
Yeah at first I thought maybe they were attempting 5 point perspective, I was giving them too much credit
>>
>>7728503
If its so easy why dont you do it, I dont care if 3d models are part of his workflow, this shit looks good and I cant do it like him
>>
>>7733009
How do you know I don't?
>>
>>7728388
1 year if you put in a little effort
>>
>>7728388
How do you practice and build up a sense of space and foreshortening like this without tracing 3d models? Are there common references people use to practice with like frames from anime?
