What are some tips for drawing different faces/body types? All my characters' faces tend to look the same. How do you bring out the subtle differences between faces consistently?

Study faces from life, study anatomy and how to manipulate it (Loomis), and study the subtle differences between facial features of different races and genders. For example black people tend to have darker , more protruded lips while men tend to have longer eyelashes than women. Highlighting these small things in your drawing can make a big difference. It’s also important to know that a very small change can make a huge difference. Like changing the curve of someone’s eyelid for example can make them look like a completely different person. Just try analyzing faces and asking “what makes this person’s face unique?” And emphasize that

India is russia’s bitch. Pajeets are russian assets. It’s just the socially acceptable way to put russian spies in important positions. It’s all so obvious.

I will offer a word of warning to you. There's a popular notion in the art community that drawing different faces and body types (commonly referred to as body diversity) involves implementing varying types and levels of ugliness. This is belief is held especially strongly among the Tumblr crowd and its offshoots. Consider these characters:
>Nico Robin from One Piece
>Mitaka Asa from Chainsaw Man
>Riyou from Gachiakuta
They're all pretty, and they all look very different from one another. I can't answer your question directly, but please keep this in mind.

Learn the landmarks of the body and draw real people. Measure and see what differences you notice between models.

This site is very very very good for practicing some weird proportions on real life subjects

everyone suffers from same face syndrome, the way i found to break it is i literally close my eyes while i draw the rough feature placements, that element of randomness will make a face you wouldnt intuitively drawn. the only issue is it's kin of out of your control if you need to draw a specific face. but it helped break me out of sameface syndrome

All your years of studying anatomy will not prepare you for drawing the goblin.
