Legs at exactly half the height. Realistically legs are shorter than half. When legs go longer than half, it just feels like they don't know anything about anatomy, or reduces her to a pocket pussy with mile long legs attached.

Before anyone points at >>7741040, unless the doorways are literally slanted in real life, the distance between the bottom of the walls is greater than the top, so it seems like the camera is closer to the legs, thus her legs are probably at most exactly half the height, no more, at which point is already unicorn tier, which further evidences the nonsensicality of legs longer than half height. Want it longer? Draw goddamned high heels, making legs literally longer is skill issue.

Every single character in Hypnosis Mic has such ridiculously long legs in the official art, it just looks silly to me. At least they toned it down for the anime.

Drawing guides rely on idealised forms, personally my hips are wider (I'm probably just fat) but I know women that are the opposite; dress to adjust or accentuate shape, it's not uncommon to feel uglier when naked

Isn't it just inconvenient to try to fit overly long legs into frames? If the head is too small, you may lose out on detailed expressions or have to zoom in all the time...
That's why I prefer a smaller head count for comics (6 or 7.5 at the tallest) and 5 heads or less for animation.

For western, top of the head to pit of clavicle to bottom of the ribcage to bottom of crotch are equal
For eastern, pit of clavicle to top of head is 1.5 units, or just measure from top of ASIS to pit of clavicle and double that
