As a beginner should I draw random skeletons and muscles and then move to drawing anime girls or shit out many anime girls constantly from my head even if they look terrible
Go to websites like quickposes or line of action and do gesture sketches. Put some music or a podcast on and just grind. You can do each pose for 2 minutes or 30 seconds or however long you like! If a pose is super hard and you cant get it right - put a star next to it and move on. Try it again a few weeks later
