i know to draw separate body parts like hands and eyes but i have a serious problem when it comes to mashing the up together in a body.
i can't find a way to sketch properly without me erasing everything and starting from scratch again.
i can draw, but idk how to put everything together

It's probably because of how they stretch and twist when taking a pose. Have you tried to do more gesture?

Don't erase, you're sketching, light pressures and a lot of restating, you're trying to define the forms and structure. It is supposed to be messy.
