It takes four frames from one frame with an outstretched limb to the other frame with the other limb extended.
The head, torso and hips should move only slightly up and down, while the legs should move in small movements at the hips and knees.
Focus on the movement of the toes and heels.
Move the shoulders back and forth horizontally and swing the elbows.
The more you swing your arms from the elbows down, the more powerful it will appear.
Adding one frame of tiny movement to the frame with an outstretched limb will make the movement appear more precise.
The shoulders and legs should move in tandem, but moving the arms slightly later will make the movement more natural.
