Also if you want to get into copying an illustrator that has their works adapted into anime, getting those settei designs is helpful too.If you don't know yet, anything you like that's 2010s and newer is going to be a good starting point anyway that will give you some experience you can transfer over to other styles later.

If you want something that reflects the trends of the 2020s then you'll be hard pressed to find something like that on Setteidreams, most of the (free content) available there are for 10s, 00s and 90s shows.That said, Akebi-chab's Sailor Uniform has settei available and seems to go in the direction you're aiming (cute girls/bishoujo).

If you want to learn to draw a thing in any style you need to learn the form and proportions of the real thing first to use as a base, only then you can slightly modify individual features tastefully to achieve different styles. The best asian artists do this, the best european artists did this.If you just copy someone's style without understanding their basis on natural reality underneath, you'll only produce slop.
