>>7761147>>"I'd like AI to handle the tedious tasks that would lower cost and cut down on time ... co-creating with AI instead of just using it"That's what i've been saying WHEN THE FUCK IS AI GOING TO COLOR THE FLATS REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
>>7761147Of course the guy who wants to spend as much of his budget on Hollywood celebrities as possible thinks AI is good.
How is this surprising to anybody? The song he uses in Death Stranding 2 "INVISIBLE" By Duran Duran uses AI in their music video. I mean, many of his games are focused around the intersection between technology and humanity. I'd venture to say that he even has a healthy take on AI contrary to what jeets or chinks believe about simply using AI to replace their creative input. AI is a tool that can augment artists, but as I'm sure we're all aware, with every powerful new technology, there will always be countless more ways to abuse and misuse it than there are to use it with good intentions. Where some see AI as a means of replacing out humanity, I think he sees it as a way of affirming our humanity.
>>7761199https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SMCd5zrsFpE As a reminder, this is what "peak AI" was 4 years ago, for anybody who is unable to really appreciate how fast the jews are harvesting and training AI on the collective data of humanity to ultimately replace them and install themselves as our technocratic overlords
>>7761147>I would lead the creative part and use AI to boost efficiency>I would lead the creative partSo what's the issue? That he's using AI to write his emails or do some ideation with?I'm so sick of these same samey shitty AI threads, and the dipshits who make pro-ai posts in a weak attempt to troll. How about you dipshits use the AI to come up with some new bait? I'm so tired of this crap.
>>7761147Based. This bias against AI needs to be overcome once and for all, it's such a good tool if used properly.
>>7761199I don’t care. Go fuck yourself with the fancesitter-ass “technology is not good or bad, only how you use it” take. If this new tech allows someone with good intentions to be 2x better and someone with bad intentions to be 100x better then it’s a bad technology. We live in a society and despite the various religions, cultures and economic systems lot of things are generally the same, so if the tech can’t even work within these simple basic confidence baked into out DNA then it’s a bad tech full stop. Wishing for a tech that could in the hands of jeets or technojews spell your doom is at best a monkey paw and at worst total retardation. Some technology is just bad and some is good, and tech that replaces creativity and verifiable evidence with slop is bad no matter how you spin it.
>>7761147>efficiencyHe is not talking as an artist, but more like a corpofaggot. Not much different from PirateSoftware going against Stopkillinggames.
>>7761147>I'd like AI to handle the tedious tasksplay the "games" he makes as an excuse to hang out with actors?
Kojimbo and the funny mask guy are idea guys who never produced anything by themselves. No shit they'd be all in on the AI grift if it lets them cull 90% of the artists and programmers for their hecking epic references project.
>>7761199Jeets and chinks say the exact same thing, that it can be used as a "tool", you must use this "tool" because you're going to get left in the dust, you can use this "tool" to make your art a gorillion times faster and produce more- but actually lol no. Text to image generation is not and never was meant to be used as a tool. It's design is fundamentally geared toward doing everything by itself with at best some guidance by the human hand, and that is by design. It's meant to be a drop in replacement for artistic skill and knowledge so that any retard can type in "big titty hyperrealistic masterpiece Greg Rutkowski anime" and get a hecking masterpiecearino.Frankly, I think that Hideo Kojima is nowhere near the visionary genius that he's known as. Dude literally simps for Hollywood stars, like a complete and total faggot. I've never really liked him after how he dumped David Hayter and replaced him with some Hollywood actor- NOT a voice actor- and did the basedpog handflap because his star power elevated him to the point he could gladhand with the movie people he fanboyed over. It turns out that he is, in fact, a rather flawed and shallow man with some good ideas and funny quirks, and that his success with the Metal Gear Solid series most likely came from being forced to work within limitations and with a team of people that could tardwrangle him and extract the gold from the dross. Definitely not an unusual phenomenon. What really outs him as a stupid boomer is how he's reacted to AI, which is essentially like every old faggot out there. They go>da computah make images??? And they're like supah shiny and cool???>And it talk like a REAL PERSON????>WAOW THAT'S SO CWAZY I'M LIVING IN DA FYEWTCHAand have practically zero curiosity of how the donuts are made and what the actual fundamental limitations of the technology are, because to them it's like magic and therefore the sky's the limit.
>>7761267>If this new tech allows someone with good intentions to be 2x better and someone with bad intentions to be 100x better then it’s a bad technology. Why?
so does anybody know any workflows for>co-creating with AI instead of just using it
>>7761147>Hideo, what if Japan but like Korea, KojimaHe is zainichi.
Can I say that he’s kind of an asshole? I heard Del taco saying that when he was bringing forward ideas for the silent hills game that was canceled Kojima would just ignore him outright and do his own thing Plus death stranding is pretentious garbage

>>7761147>I'd like AI to handle the tedious tasks that would lower cost and cut down on time ... co-creating with AI instead of just using ittwo problems I always have with this wishful thinking: 1. if AI can do the "tedious" parts, it can also do the "exciting" things and 2. the line seems arbitrary, what you think is "uncreative" work that doesn't matter may actually be full of opportunities for creative decisions2 is especially important for "idea" men like kojima. people that never bothered to do the work before will happily let a machine do it without realizing how much they're missing by not colaborating with an actual human being or by doing it themselvesbut then we're back to 1; what's the difference between using AI "as a tool" and just using it as a content generator black box? for the individual, probably a lot, for anyone else? sharing AI art will be like sharing that "interesting" dream you had; no one gives a shit>>7761250>if used properly>posts the sloppiest ai slopk
