I've put some decent time into learning to draw form imagination + sketching. The thing is my art does so poorly I wonder if I'm any good or not.
The algorithm is your main audience, not people anymore. That’s why posting feels like a vacuum today
the mech in the middle betrays a lack of intuitive perspective, but the one on the right is nicethe bald floating heads are unappealing, I deeply dislike the thing on the left with the capit's all over the place, try to find some mood/feeling that you want to communicate, then unify your drawings/sketches in favor of it
Thanks for the feedback, I do agree my art is a bit all over the place in this first sketch, they're just doodles from imagination so I often don't have a consistent look (hence the floating heads)
I do have to rely on boxes when doing perspective like this
Cool art. Decent skill, a bit ugly on the upward facing ones though. Are you mainly posting cartoon characters on white voids? Make something more notable from your doodles, Make short funny animations. Color them etc. maybe 10-30 frames. Come to the animation thread for resources.
