I have no idea if this artist has been talked about here before but...

What do you think of Watatanza and his style?
>>
>>7774855
post more, never heard of them
>>
>>7774855
I hadn't heard of him before, but I rather like what I see, it's just a shame he seems to post nothing but sketches and doodles rather than anything finished or polished.
>>
>>7774855
looks like any other coomer brainrotted furry artist

Like I said, "Sketches & Doodles".
>>

>generic coomerslop
no thanks, we already have literal millions of them
>>
>>7774908
He draws a little bit of everything
>>
>>7774875
>>7774907

No, I just didn't pass all his art... But the guy does have several finished drawings, but apparently he likes to draw more sketches and doodles than anything else.

I'll look for some finished drawings of it

damn op, i love everything so much.
had never heard of him before.
..post more?
>>
>>7774964
He has accounts on twitter, bluesky and pixiv (although this account is somewhat abandoned but has more art of his, even older drawings).
>>
>>7774968
i checked out his twitter just after posting, thanks so much for bringing him up. love seeing energetic inspiring art
know anyone similar? would be awesome to see this same doodle energy with dudes, too. i’d want to study him if he did dudes too, really.
in his posts, the women and furries are full body shots and the guys are head shots. super skilled, but never seen anyone have this same sketch energy with dudes before (i get the flow of the female form) and i’m having trouble stylizing them simply and elegantly and would love to see it done right. any recs?
thanks again for the fantastic spotlight
>>
>>7774855
I used to be obsessed with his sketches a few years ago. But looking back, it's probably why I've gotten into the bad habit of filling pages with rough sketches, and am unable to focus long enough to finish anything.
>>
>>7774855
The black and white sketches are easily the best part of this lot. I feel like the colors make everything look flat, and the use of the mirror tool in particular is kind of egregious. I can't help seeing it.
>>
>>7774855
I like it a lot, watched his streams whenever I could. Last I heard he stopped drawing because of wrist issues.
So I checked his twitter and he seems to be drawing again? So that's cool. I don't usually bother with twitter because of the account requirement.

This guy's sensibilities are somewhat aligned with mine as a compulsive doodler of pages filled with weebshit and sometimes bandicoots and funny animals. I like it

It's just some /int/. What is there to discuss?
>>
great artstyle, bit too much furry-adjacent subject matter
>>
>>7775050
He made stream? What did his streams usually be about, other than drawing?
>>
>>7774977

I think there were one or two who drew more or less similar to him... One is nicknamed "GAKU", he draws pure furry but with style and the other I don't remember his name now but he is also good, maybe he will pass his twitter accounts later.
>>
>>7774855
I like his shapes and designs and especially the image concepts he comes up with sometimes, but thats gooner related so it doesn't count for as much.
I used to look up to him now I don't think he's very good but he still comes up with hot situations
>>
>>7775698
thanks very much! tried to check out gaku, but never found the furries. there was someone pretty skilled with the same handle though, so your post sent me to some nice art whatever the case
ty again
>>
why doesn't be construct anything?
>>
>>7776066
He very clearly does
>>
>>7776072
>its in his mind!
ah I forgot about schrodinger's construction
>>
>>7776043
You're welcome, although I don't know if you managed to find the user I mentioned, but if you want I can pass his account and that of another artist who didn't remember his name, no problem if I pass the links of their twitter accounts for here?
>>
>>7776126
i’d love that, thanks man!
>>
why is it all sketches/unfinished works?
>>
>>7776140
Here they are, I think they're both friends with Watatanza.

This is the GAKU I was referring to.

This is the artist I didn't remember, his name is "Noobboy" I don't know if you already knew him

He has some finished drawings (in his pixiv), but apparently he likes to draw more sketches and doodles.

its basically to what extent you can go based of gesture drawing alone, it feels free and allows you to pop coomer bait faster than ai
>>
>>7774855
Nothing special? Idk, there are better artists to check out there, but the dog girl is cute
>>
>>7776182
whoa, no, never heard of either of them and they’re both so inspiring. what beautiful flow. thanks again for the share, you’re very cool.

This board invites the worst e-celebrity niggas imaginable
>>

He streamed on Picarto, but it's been like two years at this point? Usual art stream stuff? Music, games, other artists.
>>
>>7776230
Oh, I get it
>>
>>7775202
Nice
>>
sometimes I can draw like this guy when I'm in the zone but only for a couple of minutes, then I lose it and I go back to painfully forcing out constructoid shapes.

Like many others of his ilk, he's a very talented and skilled artist who draws (majority of the time) boring, pornographic subject matter.
>>
>>7776670
the natural way to draw by nicolaides
>>
>>7777151
Honestly, I'm surprised that guy doesn't work as a character designer in the industry... It would be interesting to see their designs and style in some animated product.
>>
>>7777151
there's no such thing as wasted talent
it's his to wield and do as he pleases with it
>>
how the fuck do people draw nice without rendering and without using line thickness but I have to use all these things and my art is still shit.
>>
>>7778096
very confident lines and use of shape
i've seen plenty of eastern artists that are able to just whip out figures solely through stacking shapes
krenz doesn't shut the fuck up about it in his free lectures and spends like 45min on the topic in one of them
