The noise cancelling in my MX5's were making me really nauseaus, but even with it disabled i still got dizzy. I just listen to music on my speakers, and i do so quietly.2) this might be less relevant, , but regularly flush your ears out with a hydrogen peroxide mix (just google). 3) use a decent monitor, if you're drawing digitally it might be PWM flicker causing it. It can happen on oleds. Research that, YMMV.4) If digital, do not draw in complete darkness. Add a lamp behind the screen so that the bright contrast stops killing you.5) set a timer for 20-25 minutes. Take a 5 minute break away from the screen, walk about and get a drink or something, then go back to it. Increase your time gradually to figure out when the symptoms start, and then decrease the timer time to avoid it and add a break accordingly.Posture might help, but for me this was the most effective. I have a herman miller chair, so i dont think that was the cause for myself personally. I also occassionally consume things with ginger in them. Good luck anon! Rooting for you.
