I was thinking up tshirt designs with a centerpiece in a space of 3d dripping eyes. An excuse to learn several new things by making a project. I once got to ask John Carmack a question when he appeared at Stonybrook College as a celebrity guest at their science fiction convention Icon. The question was :"Why aren't you just building and licensing game engines by yourself and keeping all the money?"And his answer was that a game is neccessary to build the capabilities of the engine that utilizes it. A project for educating myself in certain skills is necessary for the process of learning.

Did a live figure study on the crane or whatever that bird is on the back of an envelope. I'll have a huge block of time later today and I got an old bill of lading I can draw on the back of. These are really good but could béa lot stronger if you had maybe a few pieces of the body that the viewer “could” feel, alongside the curvy lines and gesture that you can already establish. Just find a way to take the knowledge of lines and combine it with something else
