How do normal people make themselves go to the gym every day? It sucks and its painful and its only feels good SOMETIMES, and the benefits are not even guaranteed. But they still do it because they get used to it somehow. "Just do it" doesn't work for someone as smart as me, I can only make myself draw by beating my brain in a debate.
