So just copy it and after few tries you will start noticing nuances like direction they are facing, second cone on top of it as that area around nipple, way gravity works on them, way arms position changes placement. For me smaller sizes are hardest to draw.

Best way of figuring out the way how very small/budding breasts move around along with the movement of the body etc. I find it harder to draw such small breasts than large ones because with large ones it feels easier to gauge the deformation and sway etc of the breasts as opposed to very small and perky breasts.
