4 of my drawings ended up posted on both gelbooru and danbooru. I got lucky with the twitter algo and got like 1k likes so I don't particularly care, they don't pick good drawings, they pick whatever it blew up

There's even an artist who's also an approver. They don't actively encourage self-upload because some artists don't really understand the purpose of the site and get pissed when their art doesn't get approved.>They will shadowban you.There's no such thing as shadowbans on Danbooru. If you upload a lot of crappy art it won't get approved and you'll lose your upload slots until you can have a maximum of 5 pending posts at the time. At that point they usually get the message. It's the same system for all users.
