Is it okay for me to draw 8 hours a day? I'm pre beg and very impatient. I want to get to int by july 2026.
>>7821319>>7819548>>>7819548here go this thread and read the stinky
>>7821323Please don't, we already have too many schizos.
just draw every day your oshi doesn't streamand you'll make it
>>7821319Why?
>>78213191. You're not going to draw 8 hours a day 2. Even if you try to, you'll just burn yourself out 3. Kill yourself vtranny
>>7821477Burnout only happens with improper study. If you burnout, you don't know what you're doing. I'm a pre beg and even I know that.
>>7821319Only 8 hours?
>>7821495there a days i draw much but there are day i feel like "burnt out"... is it cause of that improper study?Cause sometimes i just want to draw but get frustrated cause i think i didn't improved enough over time..... >_>
>>7821520Burn out means you are doing at least something right, drawing is solving problems in real time. If you are challenging yourself your brain will eventually get toasted and m'fraid you will have to rest. Drawing is similar to learning an instrument, you will practice something and be shit at it for weeks, rest , comeback and then you'll be able to do it with no problems. Mechanical Right brain skill, please understand.
>>7821522aye, thanks makes sense
>>7821319Drawing more than 90 minutes a day is a waste of time and energy.
I took a break from drawing for about a month and then came back to finish another batch of commissions. Feels easier to draw, but get tired again around the 2nd week.
as long as you dont burn out doing so and stress yourself over it. if you enjoy it and keep the exercise diversified, you should be okay though. just remember to take breaks every now and then. a healthy and relaxed body and mind will be better for creating good art
>>78213198 hours isn't enough. You won't get good
>>78213191-2 hours should be enough.
>>7821319Make sure to not tense your hand and to take breaks regularly to do some stretches or just relax. Proper posture is important as well.
>>7821319You didn't even start yet and you're talking about 8 hours a day. What a joke. This is just beginner hubris.
draw as much as you can in your beg phase because that's when its easier. you can easily draw 8 hours a day and have new and fun things to learn and draw. When you become low /int/ you start getting worse which will kill your motivation to draw. Drawing 8 hours is absolutely impossible for me, that would mean drawing 8 different drawings at least. You'll burnout way sooner than that because your energy is expended when you finish a drawing. You can do studies for 8 hours and feel great, you can polish a turd for 8 hours and feel great, but if you finishing drawings and start new ones, you're not lasting 8 housr.
>>7821319If you could do it, then do it, otherwise, for your first 1 year, your goal should not be to improve, but it should be to learn how to "love drawing" and to create a habit, you will improve anyway. after that, more conscious effort + hard work is required.
>>7821319you can get to int in ~2 months, most normie boomers do it with charcoal
>>7823675Ok retard keep us posted
>>7821319I went from non draw in paper to int in 1 year. 2-3ha day would be enough. The key is proper study a non get stuck doing the same over and over again, 30/theory, 70/practice.>>7821520>>7821522Good studies but if you dont apply this studies to your real drawing/goals.2h full concious study, 1h draw for fun, your proyects, oc's, etc.
