Now post it without stabalization/correction

It's set to 2. It's as low as it gets without clip studio paint making artifacts on end strokes.

I guess you need more than the most basic set of paints and brushes.

Real brushes have a lot of character and finesse to them, but cheap brushes do suck ass. Also, basic paints also suck ass. If you've ever painted with cheap acrylics, you can easily waste an entire tube trying to get a solid color because the pigmentation is so shit, and good luck getting boldness in small details like lines.

Regardless, the hard round starts having major issues the minute you want to do anything but a sketch. It is virtually useless for implied detail, so your options are either to leave your painting blurry and unrefined, or renderfag the fuck out of it. And the skill gap between those two things is too large to get to the latter by practicing the former.

Begs will figure out how to make some basic looks-like-something-if-you-squint paintings, and crash and burn trying to get past that stage.

I cannot judge the quality of this drawing because it isn't finished yet. So nothing can be said about the effectiveness of the brush. This thread is meaningless.

no matter what I do, my brushes dont look like this. You can't consistently hit the same pressure level every single stroke, its humanly impossible. And when I finally set my brush to a comfortable thickness, it all gets undone the next day because of the air pressure, temperature, slickness of the screen, how rested my hand is, how much energy I put into pushing down on that particular day...

a pencil will always work the same every single day, but tablets constantly change on me every day.

Sounds like a skill issue.

Really? The right Brushes, really? That's been your problem the whole f**king time, the right brush? So now you have it, right? Now your gonna draw and pyw, right?

I understand what you mean by the textureless hard round brush only being able to do vague shapes or highly rendered stuff but what do you mean by 'implied detail'? Is it that a textured brush automatically adds a sort of finished character to its stroke that's much easier for a beginner to make look good?

kek
>>
>>7823857
that's from the official docs tardo
>>
>>7824199
More or less, yeah. With the same number of brush strokes you can create something that looks more 'finished' or intentional with a textured brush. And you can use the texture as a better starting point for rendering.
>>
>>7823025
I see 7 different brushes there althoughbeit

op what you need is feces, use literal shit on your wall and dont come back until youve mastered that. a poor craftsman blah blah blah
