That'd be fucking sick.There's plenty of this old stuff on Internet Archive, and RuTracker, they're dvds, vhs of old video courses like the Gnomon stuff from the 2000s, Marvel Way video course from the 80s, ImagineFX videos from 00s/10s, Correspondence Comic Art courses from the 90s, Pin-Up Drawing DVDs by comic artists from 00s, hell there's old DVDs in Brazilian Portuguese about drawing manga straight from 2006(?) shit is amazing, they're a lot better than the slop on Youtube.
