I want something that covers everything.

I really wish you niggas would stop pirating/sharing these anime permabeg/goyslop courses and would actually get some worthwhile ones, like the ones at Underpaint.

It's probably because these courses have the worst picture cover possible. I'm no good artist but if you're trying to sell me a course for $300 - $850 atleast pull out something better than whatever this is

Nothing you can’t find online for free, his course is a bloated Youtube playlist, I want something that feels comprehensive like college, and the only online course that I know in this teaching style is about 3D animation.
>Animation Mentor takes almost 2 years to complete but you end up industry pro.
I guess there's nothing like that for drawing, or 2d animation, it's just short courses that cover 1% of what pros know.

Someone please make a torrent with Humpton's courses

Anyone know how to rip videos from gamedev dot tv? I bought some courses and I'd like to have offline copies and if none of the vids are floating around anywhere I'd be willing to up them somewhere so long as it doesn't lead to me getting raped up the ass.
>>7824110
Unrelated but retro (fuck you 2002 is retro) courses look so kino; Any recs for other old shit? For as active as this thread is I'm surprised that basically nobody shares shit made before 2018 or so.
I wonder if any old fucks here have rips of DVD courses or shit off of VHS tapes. That'd be fucking sick.

There's plenty of this old stuff on Internet Archive, and RuTracker, they're dvds, vhs of old video courses like the Gnomon stuff from the 2000s, Marvel Way video course from the 80s, ImagineFX videos from 00s/10s, Correspondence Comic Art courses from the 90s, Pin-Up Drawing DVDs by comic artists from 00s, hell there's old DVDs in Brazilian Portuguese about drawing manga straight from 2006(?) shit is amazing, they're a lot better than the slop on Youtube.

>>7824318
Just use the animators survival kit book and videos (archive.org). Every animation video course I've tried just told the information from TASK but worse or even omitted info.

There's Don Bluth University, it's 1 year.
>>7824344
>Every animation video course I've tried just told the information from TASK
That's not true at all, there's plenty of overlap because they're the universal principles of animation but TASK is not the OG that everyone is copying from, it's not even the best one at that, personally I think that Keith Lango's videos on Youtube are way better and far more helpful if you're trying to become a pro animator but you do you.
>>
what class is actually worth your fucking time, so many of them seem like just talking talking talking, no real work given by instructors, and just pure theory and talking for hours
>>
>>7824637
None of them. You know this.

i think the best course ive ever taken was a craig mullins one, but he actually had me doing assignments and hes genuinely intelligent, maybe its time i take another from him.

for anyone that has done krenz's perspective course: did you actually watch and listen to his lectures?
also how much am i supposed to be free-handing building out the shapes and such vs +shifting/auto-correcting the lines?
>>
>>7824637
>no work given by instructors
you want them to wipe your ass for you too? You can't come up with your own exercises? It's ridiculous the amount of hand holding you kids require
>>
t's a shame there are so many web-based courses. Quite a few NMA courses and many others are missing.
