I mean they lok like they just use a round brush theres also alot of things in their style that ive seen in the "sc3n3" / "emo" art style also try taking notes on what you notice about their style and try tracing maybe then try to do it yourself?

this isn't inherently bad, but this "genre" style has existed since the 2000's and is both a naive approach to hide a lack of knowledge due to being young, and is made by highschoolers, for highschoolers.
