>>7828549Can you summarize the concept in a simple phrase?
>>7828551The concept from which video?

>>7828597>>7828598Finally someone explains it in words that make sense
>>7828606>western artists obsess with perfect hue matches>shows example of western art with hues not matching any real hues you see in the real worldWhat did he mean by this? Is he just vomiting words?

>>7828626He's just a Chinese fanboy who doesn't know jack shit about actual western art education , all the shit he's saying is in Western art too, it's just not pushed as much since it's not anime. The funny thing is that Krenz and all the anime artists he shills in the video all learned from western artists anyways. Krenz in a schoolism interview publicly confessed his admiration as Craig Mullins as his hero lol
Fuck this gay earth why did they make colors so hard
color theory is all just made up it has no actual backing in objective reality even when you consider psychologybetter to study some basic ass color science shit instead and just choose colors that you like. Maybe also learn how color works in your medium (watercolor, digital screens, gouache)
>>7828549Holy shit that ratio system makes a lot of sense
Underrated thread
>>7828551What AI does to a person.
>>7828667>>7828606Anything like this but Japan? I mean they must be doing something different with colors, right? You often can tell just from the colors, actual Japanese stuff vs faux-Japan/Chinese/Korean emulation.Even westerners who stayed in Japan for a long time as an animator/artist/etc. produce art that looks Japanese. And if Japanese artists learned from Japanese translation of Scott Robertson, Gurney, 3Dtotal, their work still look Japanese anyways. There must be a secret.I’m not trolling. I’m not that anon that keeps arguing about Japan vs West.
