>Highlighting human ingenuity by creating seasonal exhibits for all of you to enjoy, Purely Human isn't just a collective, it's a movement, a community of like minded individuals who are passionate about the art and the process... and most importantly no AI C.R.A.P. (computer-rendered artificial pictures)
Based! Anyone else signing up to post their artwork? It sounds better than DA and AS already.

>AI slop-free platform
no such thing
unless they only allow traditional drawings and no digital
>>
>>7834312
AI is well past the point of mimicking art photographed on paper. They probably have no reliable way to judge so the platform will be flooded with paid or local trained slop instead of free public access slop.
>>
>>7834305
>ideology based social media
yeah that always works great
>>
>>7834305
As much as I hate AItrannies and their slop, I doubt an art website can thrive on AI distaste alone. From what i saw these communities tend to be filled with pretty mediocre artists as well. Cara already offers that in a more coherent project, was backed by several huge artists and still has trouble taking off.
>>
>>7834305
dude I have to upload 30 artworks just to register in this site
>>
>>7834330

>>
No, fuck that. I’ll just make my own site. My house my rules.
>>

>>7834338
Lmao, imagine if this is yet another grift to train their AI.
>>
We already have Danbooru. Twitter never shows you Ai if you tell it you have no interest in it. Pixiv let's you block it altogether and reporting Ai LARPers is fun. dA let's you filter most of it despite being an Ai website itself.
I feel like websites that are outspokenly against Ai will be targeted by trolls even harder.
Posting from a pre-2022 account is too important right now.
>>
>>7834305
SLOPPAH' MUST BE STOPPAH'
>>
>>7834352
>We already have Danbooru
Not a site for artists, also has plenty of ai "assisted" slop
>Twitter never shows you Ai if you tell it you have no interest in it
Not true unless you only use the following tab and there are no idiots reposting AI
>Pixiv let's you block it altogether
It's still full of AI trannies not tagging their shit
>reporting
does nothing.
>dA
lmao
>>
>>7834305
Good luck with that. There are already tons of artists/account that create AI images and basicly nobody can tell unless they go pixel hunting.
>>
>>7834382
>nobody can tell
Rahul…
>>
>>7834352
Danbooru is still filled with ai and ai assisted slop.
>>
>>7834305
>X isn't just ___, it's a ___
>>
>>7834385
AI idiots can't tell because their cognitive resolution is not high enough, and their theory of mind isn't developed enough to realize other people don't see the same things they do.
>>
>>7834382
Only a slopper could tell. When you do something often enough pattern recognition become intuition. Unfortunately the loudest anti-AI are also the least likely to be slopping so they still rely on 6 fingers as their litmus test.

>t. Had someone thought I was using AI because I got lazy with drawing hand, and then pointed the art was way back in 2021 aka before AIslop become available.
>>
>>7834305
The only people falling for this website are kids
>>
>>7834427
That's the best part. It doesn't.
>>
It’s amazing how the music industry has such strict copyright protection for creators but the same can’t be said for art.
>>
>>7834420
That's the problem, most people still think 6 fingers or fever dream looking DallE images are the AI standard.
No wonder so many AI accounts make tons of money even with completely obvious images, just because they don't look like 2020 ai images or generic gpt ghibli.
>>
>>7834305
great another site thats gonna disppear in a year. Artist fags never learn
>>
>>7834501
No, the problem is that most people are looking from their shitty and tiny phone screens. The artifacts are still obvious in 2025
>>
>>7834305
>Dec 2025
>Cara was largely forgotten
lmao good luck with the new site
Cara was backed by big artists, and the mass "exodus" from Instagram drama boost so idk how likely this one will work
>>
>>7834305
I'm siding with AI on this one. Why hold back progress? Art has always historically been one parts expression and some parts cutting edge mediums. I see these protestors as nothing more than irrelevant hand-crafted pottery makers mad because someone built a machine that mass produces pottery with patterns. Get with the times, the next level of art that can be used using ai as a tool rather than an enemy is soon to be imagined but that can't happen if we constantly try to hold art back.
>>
>>7834305
It will fail spectacularly, just like Cara.app

It wont work because artists have to set up their art kiosk where normalfags shop. They look at art, they look at dog videos, look at the news , and argue about sports all at the same mall.

No one is going to drive out to the artstore to just look at art except other artists, and quite franky being an "artists artist" is a fast track to living in poverty
>>
>>7834590
This....is pretty much right. I don't search for new music, I don't belong to musician forums, blogs, or subscribe to youtube/spotify music channels.

I just hear the stuff in my feed, and if I like it, I will go check them out.
>>
From my experience, those who support artists financially on Patreon or through commissions are absolutely loaded. They dislike AI just as much as you do. You’re not interacting with normies who are tight on cash. That’s not the audience you should be aiming for as an artist.
The professional side, where someone actually needs art and has to hire someone with the skills to make it happen, has been pretty dead long before AI showed up.
>>
>>7834554
You underestimate the average person. Even on a 200 inch 8k screen a lot of people wouldn't be able to tell, simply because they still think AI has a certain look or the same 1-2 arstyles. They don't know about things like Lora.

There's something really sad about artists posting their artwork there specifically to avoid AI data scrapers just to get scraped by AI because it's a honeypot. Maybe I'm just a pussy but I feel bad for them. Another reason I'm glad I don't post my art on social media.
>>
>>7834636
Most people who are afraid or complain about AI "stealing" art will never have their art trained into AI anyway.
People act like everyone is just waiting for them to post their amazing work so they can make an AI model from it.
>>

You don't need to false flag is as AI scraping honeypot, you unfunny jeets.
Cara tried and the site is pretty much dead because it's the same big accounts and names circlejerking as usual.

You should realize that any social platform is just dead now and it isn't getting any better.

That's the thing, it can't. Even the biggest ones like ChatGPT or Gemini etc. only know really well documented styles.
That's why user made loras exist to specifically be trained on certain artists or artstyles.
>>
>>7834497
because most visual artists are absolute low iq retards that don't understand shit about fuck if they're not women, browns who want to steal shit or mentally ill and when you want to help them or explain them something, they're just going to get offended and call you dumb because "how can the things you say be true if they don't know about it?"

I can't tell who's jeeting who anymore. How is noticing the creator is literally a jeet and that he used OpenAI for his no-AI pure human website a "falseflag"? The honeypot shit is circumstantial speculation, but falseflag implies we know for a fact it's not true.
>>
DICE caught recently using AI. Add that to the list with Coca cola, Activision, Blizzard. There are products in grocery stores that use AI art. You'll find more and more ads that use AI (the firefox startpage is littered with AI images by news thumbnails).

It's over, nobody cares. History so far has taught us that all that will happen is people cry about it on social media, click upvote, then continue to consoom. The billionaires won.

NTA but it can come across like jeets trying to smear the website for banning AIslop to discourage anyone from helping it grow. That said I agree the jewtuber is suspicious and I don't trust his intentions either. Most of his video was meaningless vague rambling about creativity and not explaining much about how the platform will work in a practical sense. Lots of comments are also asking questions trying to work out how tf this will work but I think everyone assumes naivety over malice.
>>

Human made artwork can also be garbage. AI models are what you train it with is what you get. The faggot who made the website is also equally stupid if he made a honeypot site without considering that. And if it's not a honeypot site, he's also stupid if he genuinely thinks it'll last longer than a year
>>
>>7834643
I don't get why anyone needs to make their own models anyway when the fags at civitai just keeps uploading their own mixes and models based off of Pony/Illus in the dozens a day and they all don't look any different than base models. How the fuck is it sustainable for civitai to keep 6gb storage per each model uploads?

You're not even refuting anything they said, you just pivot to an accelerationist doomer non-sequitur. Benefit of the doubt is fine, that's you being less cynical than other anons, it doesn't mean anyone is "forcing a psyop" or has ulterior conspiratorial motives for showing an atom of skepticism at a service on the internet that sounds too good to be true. Not that it matters since you'll just keep going back and forth with the other anons calling each other poopjeets anyway. Discussion is so schizophrenically fucked these days that it's actually starting to break my internet addiction, hopefully for good once I can competently draw my own porn.

nah it's simply twitter hysteria
>>
>>7834672
There are two kinds of AI fear
First is the "omg AI will develop so fast that it's gonna kill us all" type of bullshit that's mostly peddled by jews with an agenda as >>7835074 describes, literal fiction to get smoothbrained investors to buy in
The other is justified and more similar to extreme annoyance, born from seeing the damage that this shit has already done to everything it touches and how it just keeps appearing everywhere even though it tends to make everything objectively worse, consequences of the previously mentioned rich smoothbrains getting a boner for their shiny new toy that'll help them trim their workforce. Image searches have been molested by AI so badly that you have to literally filter it out or look for results prior to 2022. If you know anyone working in tech you probably have heard them complain about dipshit higher ups ordering them to shoehorn AI into a service that barely/doesn't even benefit from it or vibe coders fucking up entire projects with their sheer incompetence. RAM prices are going through the roof because the grifter in chief decided to have a melty to keep his bubble propped up for a few more months. And of course as artists we have to compete with even more retarded engagement farmers spamming this shit all day and getting favored by social media algorithms that encourages spamming the way they do. It's not "twitter hysteria", it genuinely made things worse and will keep doing it for a few more years.

To the people getting triggered over a minor sentence, congratulations. You have confused tools with outcomes. The final text exists to communicate information. That's all it needs to do. If you genuinely think “help me rewrite this paragraph” is morally equivalent to “generate 500 illustrations so I don’t have to pay an artist,” that says more about how little you value art than anything else. Are you going to criticize someone for using a next.js framework too because they didn't reinvent the wheel from scratch?

Nothing was ever said about the site banning ALL forms of generative AI. Just image generation AI because that's what does the most harm to human creativity. “But it’s still AI!!” is not the argument you think it is. The content is still curated, approved, and contextualized by a human.

One person frames a bad-faith interpretation and everyone else repeats it so they don’t have to think. Lazy, but effective on people who confuse repetition with truth. Anyway, the site’s still up. The policy’s still there. Human artists are still welcome. And the “he's grifting!!!” crowd is still seething. Cope.
