Have you had this goal before then it petered out a couple weeks in or by feb?

Don't get caught up into the New Years fever what works is what is sustainable. How about we develop a process first? or to do deliberate study for an hour a day?

The thing is that I am usually so embeded into so many projects that I just cant, right now I am making a fairly long animation, a super turbo big drawing with 20+ characters, a gift for someone, 2 drawings for a commission, designing NPCs for my own project and a lot of drawings that are in development hell, and at the beginning of the year I had a job and was trying learn japanese too.
I feel that I could do all of that at the same time if I managed my time better, I had a schedule before I got my job and got ruined, and now that Im unemployed Im thinking in making another one.
