I don't really like the color palette. Greenish colors can work, but I feel like you put down the base colors first and then put the green over them, leading to an unplanned final color palette. The blond hair looks especialy a bit gross to me, the green and orange just look gross together. Also, I think you could benefit from pushing the shadows more, to add in some more contrast. In general, I suggest being more intentional with the colors you want to achieve maybe do a quick color sketch first and play around for a bit before committing.
