I've never experienced this, are you sure it's windows ink? Have you got your tablet's drivers installed as well? I'd assume this may be caused by the use of window's tablet drivers, rather than official drivers of your tablet, though I'm hardly a computer expert and may be pulling this entirely outta my ass.
