Could be some subconscious thing of immersing in superior Japanese art works. In any case, if you have money and time, try to do live in Japan for a while if you're serious about art. Perhaps through language visa, perhaps enrolling in art school, perhaps business visa like pewdiepie.

Imagine if every time you play a note on a guitar, a boxer comes in and punches your face. I didn't say play a note wrong, I said play a note. So even if you are doing well, you get punched.
