I want to learn anatomy. I hate reading. Is there an anatomy book that is simple enough so a 10 year old could get it? I dont care if it doesnt teach me the most advanced shit or how to draw the muscles of the ass hair of the left quadrant of the asshole, I am fine with just basic to intermediate stuff. Im just tired of banging my head against a wall trying to decipher references and learning through visuals only.
If you hate reading why not just go for proko?https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLtG4P3lq8RHFBeVaruf2JjyQmZJH4__Zv&si=A7tViF6Wy_CvnJW2His premium playlist has all the advanced stuff, the free playlist is probably what you want.

Find a simplified breakdown (can use any artist anatomy book you want, or just google for those images that color each muscle differently). Then you trace it, then do a 1:1 copy next to it. While doing this try drawing your own conclusions and make mental notes and landmarks. "Ah this muscle is about half as long as that one" "oh, it goes from the elbow to the wrist, on the side of the thumb" etc. Then, hide all drawings and do it from memory. Repeat the 3 steps with a bunch of photo reference until you feel like you nailed it down. Done.

>>7853675In my quest to have this, I've wasted years. Sadly there's no substitution for reading, all the good books require it. Morpho is good but Morpho does require some reading.
>>7853675Have you tried courses like Hamptom and Vilppu? Also proko, as suggested below
