If you are employed or a full time student, how much time should you at least spend drawing per week?University is taking so much of time that I struggle to draw daily. Should I try to draw on weekends or on certain days where I'm free?

Draw before school or work. After school day or work day you will be too tired to pick up the pen. So set your alarm 2-3 hours earlier to get 2-3 hours drawing time in the morning.
