>be really large gaming youtuber
>stop caring about being youtuber and move to japan and start drawing
>the largest anime studio takes notice of you and invites you to draw with them
must be good to be pewdiepie

He didn't learn Hampton.

>>7860137
It's not that bad
>>
he's just not a whiny bitch that passes his days seething at others

Third consecutive thread about this guy. You need to get a life.
>>
>>7860137
He drew for less years than me, and does much better... How the fuck did he learn?
>>
>>7860185
how many hours have you drawn this week
>>
>>7860107
youtubers who make this face in their thumbnails really need a metal rod through their forehead
>>
>>7860107
Am I supposed to be upset at this like you?
>>
>>7860219
It looks like he's already taking a rod through a different part.

its called cope farming

when you don't have the pressures of society and wagecucking, learning and self-improvement come way easier
>>
>>7860338
so just be NEET?
>>
>>7860107
this is motivating, it proves the theory that nurture > nature. Anyone can learn to draw quickly if they have all their needs and then some met.
>>
>>7860348
NEETdom will screw you sideways unless you're content with it, aka if youre enlightened enough to not care how peers perceive you and your social status (which is all just made up crap anyway). Pewds has the funds, a family a women, spiritual pillars that will make anything else he does better by default.
>>
>>7860349
it proves the theory that you can skip ahead of talented people if you are rich and famous
>>
>>7860107
It helps that he was a multi millionaire and one of the biggest youtubers on the planet before even moving to japan.
>>
>>7860349
it proves that talented people are talented at everything while mediocre should suffer

nobody copes like /ic/, yes it's the money that allowed him to do some mildly decent drawings.
>>
>>7860454
Most genuinely wealthy people are NEETs, and a huge amount of history's greatest artists, writers and thinkers were richfags who didn't need to work and could devote all their energy to their passions. What gets me with Pewds is after all this time he still can't fucking speak Japanese, some mumbling sugois and onegaishimasus is all he's got
>>
>>7860495
problem these days is if you're a neet there's a good chance you get addicted to some time wasting nonsense instead of doing something productive
>>
>>7860496
>if you wageslave you'll be too tired and fall into time wasting vices to relieve stress and decompress
>if you neetdom you have time to delegate into more productive (read: fulfilling) hobbies
No one will say that they're a better artist because they commute to their 9 to 5.
>>
on his third year of drawing and still /beg/-tier...yep it's over
>>
>>7860496
That's often a result of poor parenting.
>let's give the kid a console/phone so I can have some peace
Or just genuine lack of interest. I guess people were more or less the same 50 years ago, but back then they had much fewer distractions. There was just TV and radio, so if you were bored, you either took up some hobby, read books or went out with friends.
>>
>>7860565

Back then our parents just took our gameboys and only gave it on the weekends and holidays. It was the same for my cousin and some neighborhood friends. So all that was left was to be forced to touch grass or play with legos or whatever. TV during the weekdays was pure agony in the early 2000s. The only days that mattered was Friday night and Saturday unless you rush on home at the speed of light and catch some random anime at 2:30PM before it drops off to soap operas.

Does he speak japanese? Why dont pewdiepie just ask for a collab or private lessons with another western expat?
>>
>>7860548
and that level of of /beg/ is archived with 2 years of drawing purely for fun, with barely any goals or time consumed btw (assume that he was focus on drawing 3/4 anime heads than gesture like the previous vids demonstrated)
your average /beg/s here will spend 10x more time and effort drawing what they don't like and blame the guy for having more time and money than them
>>
>>7860107
>another week with yet another e-celeb literal who and how they have nothing better to do
>might as well appeal to....
who, exactly? this is yet another case of a person that scooped up cash by doing literally nothing and needs something to do besides just privately raising his kid with his """hot""" wife in an onsen village. he's like a politician that lost an election and either becomes a lobbyist or a talking head on TV. If anything, he's actually making fun of people that crab/scratch at this. *leers at /ic/* he doesn't really care about making anything, the guy is fucking bored. he's probably doing a vid just to prove he's not traveled alone to the Suicide Forest, which is approximately located at...
>>
>>7860107
Good for him i liked his progress on his drawings and also he has huge balls normal guy would fucking die at spot from nerves to even try this next to pros.

Wit studio obviously got some propagation out of it and that last piece when they actually drawn him he kind of looked like Zeke Yeager kek.
>>
>>7864782
he is detatched. he has millions on the side to never work again and do whatever he feels like. he can suck at everything he does or excel. it doesnt change his life quality. that makes him at ease with everything he tries. which is a huge advantage.
>>
>>7864782
I know a pro animator who would refuse the call due to how nerve wracking it would be to be filmed drawing in a room of legendary animators. though pewdie didn't exactly know these guys...
>>
>>7865092
Still if you don't have at least some amount of confidence in your work it's nerve racking because people constantly compare their shit to other.
>>
>>7865092
>I know a pro animator
Non-Japanese """""""animators""""" can't be called pros, Pedro
>>
...Are we supposed to be impressed by this?
>>
Does Japan have a future with animation when the latest Naruto is being animated by a Chinese firm? In 10 years it's going to be over and Felix will have to set sights in China.
>>
>>7865497

Actually what I noticed with Chinese animation is that the first few episodes look good but then they bait you and then the quality drops to the usual flickering bad frame shit that Chinese "anime" is known for. They STILL can't master the craft. They need Japanese talent.
>>
>>7865504
Sure, and only the Americans really knew animation and the Japanese studios they outsourced to would never build enough talent to eat their lunch. I think once you start outsourcing this stuff the balance of power has shifted too much from the creatives to the business people. For better or worse I think the anime business will contract eventually rather than continually try to simultaneously please every audience in the world like American animation did
>>
>>7865504
Chinese animation also has very shitty stories. Their shonen equivalents are legitimately slop. "I'm a perfect character that is extremely overpowered, has no flaws, is admired and beloved by all but I am also humble and have to keep my power secret"
>>
>>7865527
We literally have several shows airing right now where the MC is loved by all the women in his circle and townsfolk, has no flaws, and is overpowered but has to keep his power/motives le secret.
>>
>>7865528
makes sense why I wasn't aware of this, I don't watch shows like that. Absolutely no appeal after you've seen one. Isekai is so garbage
>>
>>7865497
There's been a LOT in the news media lately about how Japan is relaxing its immigration laws and bringing in more foreign workers. People I know who've been there recently said there are lots of Indians and Vietnamese working at shops where previously it was almost all Japanese. The media says this is necessary because of falling birth rates, but why wasn't this a problem before? Japan's been around for a very long time. What they really mean is that corporations need cheap labor, the government needs tax slaves, and every once-orderly and civilized country must be subject to invasion and conquest by the third world via immigration. It's sad because once Japan is turned into mud, it will be gone forever, as will France, Italy, England, etc.
>>
>>7860185
plenty of time
>>
>>7865541

The indians are on a work visa, they can be removed at any time. As with anything you read on the internet, if the Japanese themselves are not out on the streets rolling politician's heads and hanging them from lampposts you should not have any concern for their countries affairs. Zero. Because more than 50% of the time it's just a foreigner engagement farming to make his living.
>>
>>7865545
I'm talking about regular news articles, not social media rage bait. And secondly, if you think people are happy with what's happening to their country if they aren't in open rebellion, just look at the USA, England, France. People aren't given a choice. Nobody in America voted for 8 million illegal immigrants, but they opened the southern border and waved everybody in regardless. We got to watch a livestreamed invasion.
>>
>>7865545
>>7865551
In England, they arrest Britons for complaining on Facebook about immigration.
>>
>>7865555
Yeah so people protest and then they get made fun of for actually doing something offline. There is no winning no matter what you do.
>>
>>7865555
In England they arrested a few people for putting up the British flag. Beautiful stuff
>>
>>7865557
This is true. And if you run for office and are actually ahead in the polls, they will bar you from running and possibly arrest you...you know, to protect democracy.
>>
>>7865504
Chinese anything is this type of scam where it’s obviously possible to do things well but they will go out of their way to fuck it up on purpose because Marx said that capitalism would do this and that it’s a necessary step towards communism
