Thoughts ? Used to draw comics years ago for my school paper and I haven’t really doodled anything in ages. Had this idea in my head and thought it turned out pretty good

I dont get it, so the guy hopes Q-bert did NOT sign up, but Q-bert clearly did sign up
This seems to be a frequent or foreshadowed event for the guy since he had the thought to say he hoped Q-bert 'did NOT sign up' but he still came??
On a first read I question the motivation of the main character, and the comic relief isnt great either so I'd give the manga a 4/10 as it stands
