How much will being in poor physical and mental health affect my drawing quality/gains? I'm a semi-beginner, but I have some health issues that are said to affect focus, poor sleep, and depression. Is it worth it to grind through these things and draw for a few hours every day, or am I better off getting healthier before trying to improve?
>>7869298*And affects short-term memory
>>7869298God I hate this fucking board
>>7869298A lot. You need to be happy and motivated to draw. If you're depressed and suicidal then you can only draw vent art at the best, but you won't be able to draw anything normal.
>>7869298Its completely impossible to improve your life and draw at the same time. There just isn't enough time. I doubt some super-workers like Elon Musk could even BEGIN to fathom something that insane.
>>7869298I don't know. But I will say it's really hard to draw when I have a hangover
No you need to take cold showers at 4AM and meditate 4 hours a day before you can even think to pick up a pencil
