Fucking typo, ***Draw 30 MINUTES of figures every day***

But also you could draw 30 figs if need be
>>
>>7884288
I mean you should be able to draw a figure in 1 minute.
2 mins is more of a standard croquis length but 1 min should be doable.

Only the structure or rendered? Timed figures are great for building speed.

Can I get some tips on taking better pictures of my drawings?

Idk how to word this but do you guys have any youtubers you watch specifically for figure drawing? There was this one small channel korean youtuber that would post his daily figure drawing sessions and his references would be in the video but I never subscribed to his channel and I cleared my internet cache recently which reset my youtube algo

Looks nice, but you won't be able to escape drawing faces for long. Also, I think you should really darken the pinches so they look with more depth.

Constructive Figure Drawing teaches really basic stuff, it's really good. The other is when you already know a bit more about form and gesture.
I began with the former.

They look bigger on my sketchbook (they're still too small tho), the pic's angle fucks them up. I need to get a scanner or something.

b..but.. that one was like one of my best works... I feel so confused.. Are you trying to provoke "art dysmorphia" on me? That would be very cruel actually... I love drawing so much.. maybe I should s..stop..
>>7887368
You're doing fine IMO. Those figures are excellent but I'm sure you can feel there are little things off in them, here and there, very subtle details. You're in that point when you know you are good and you feel the itch to do other fun stuff. And you can totally go there of course, but don't get lost in it and forget about these important exercises. Look at this guy >>7887198 >>7885979 how loose and confident those lines are, he grind so much already that those figures look like beautiful signatures, his strokes became artistic. You're in the same artistic vibe, but your stroke's artistic confidence is not at that level yet. Whatever you do, or path you choose, you will get good at it, anyone can tell, Just don't get burned out, and always keep it fun. Try to always come back to figure drawing if you feel lost on your artistic adventures, it will put you back on track instantly.
>>
>>7887368
>anyone has some recommendations ?
more detailed studies that take longer per figure and limb, and even anatomical studies of the muscles, tendons and bones below in order to understand more how the beef is made so to speak. bridgeman can be complicated for beginners, but you are good enough to get a grasp of what is being shown and taught. but essentially from your level on its just a matter of repeating and doing a lot in order to advance. just keep on drawing and compare your old and new stuff every now and then for a little confidence boost. it usually isnt that noticeable if not put side by side.

Either think of people in structure such as boxes and ovals and place them in a space with perspective. OR what I do normally is train to see shapes with volume and then kinda measure them compared to other shapes. Also Take your time too I find 5-20 minute figures the best.

Still doing stuff no construction. Getting better I think. Trying to get as few lines as possible. More successful with some figs than others in that regard. Deliberately using reference where the model is scrunched up so I have to get the silhouette really correct.
>>
>>7887402
yeah i see what you mean, my lines are more on the scribbly side but i also hate to ctrl+z 40 times to draw one line. I guess i just keep going and hope for the best.

>>7887414
i mean i did that here and there, and also did some anatomy, but never fully commited to it since it is so fucking boring, but i guess i can´t get around doing that huh

>>7888212
desu, i really hate the box stuff, i use construction in some way but i would prefer to hone my intuition for what looks right or wrong, and not going full basic shape people, because when i start drawing boxy people it kinda fucks with my ability to make a human figure out of it
