Danbooru isn't even a website for artists. Artist tags are meant to be a best-of gallery curated by fans. Mods will shadowban your tag if they notice that you're posting your own drawings, especially if you're a Western artist because they are racist.

Making your own blog is a great way to find fans who truly care about you. No fake engagement metrics and no algorithm gatekeeping. People consume your content intentionally instead of being pushed into it. It's 100% your space.

They would email me gassing up my art saying it’s so good I want to buy it yadda yadda yadda and then they’ll drop a link to an NFT website and ask you to upload it there- but there’s a catch.
