Were the female figures traced from photo? If not, how did he forced them to stay in the same position for so long (assuming this painting took him more than week)
>>7895646He forced them with money. They are women... They do anything for money...
>>7895646He may of only done a plein air sketch/drawing, and a quick colour study, or he may have sketch the ladies in studio and then done a colour study or block in on site, he may also be quite good at drawing people without reference and didn't require any models for this work (it's not like either figure is complex, or is particularly distinct), so there's any number of ways he could have gone about it.On a different note, I think asking question like this is falling into the trap of thinking you needs a specific work method to actually draw well, similar to artists you think they need specific materials to draw well - like how someone thinks they can't ink with a regular brush, and MUST HAVE a size 2 windsor newton series 7 brush, like the pros have, to make good work.Likewise you MUST KNOW how this artist made their work, and copy that method, or there's no way they could possibly make good work on their level.Just following your gut instinct in how such artists would have gone about making such a work is probably more than good enough.
>fingers obscured>Legs and feet obscured Actually theres very little info he would need to make this.

I've made some cyberpunk near future concept art inspired by your boring painting. Thoughts?
