To place the nipples correctly, draw a line from the spine out to the skin of the breast. Nipples don't face front, not even for the flattest chest.

i have a question. why is it that sometimes when i see breast they start roughly halfway down the sternum, like >>7895962 but in other times, they start near the clavicle, like >>7895979it clearly has something to do with size, but im not sure why?
>>7896525Doxy's tutorial above your post is more realistic. But a useful shorthand to keep in mind is that the space between the origin of the breasts and the clavicle is generally longer in taller women and shorter in petite women (like Tatsumaki from One-Punch Man)

The fatty and the muscle of the breast start at the clavicle as shown, then the actual shape of it itself starts at the halfway point like you mentioned. Like in >>7895979 if you were to isolate the circular shape like in the previous drawing, it would be around the same position.
