I'm not into the x-ray thing so I don't think about it too much when I'm drawing it. I'll sometimes draw like a "X 20" mark on a hyperpreg woman's bump, or some kind of indication of volume if it's requested. I don't really draw xray that much and wouldn't really want to do so unless it was something like eggs. What's inside, all depends on preference I guess. I have noticed a trend where female hyperpreg enjoyers tend to focus on the greater number and male hyperpreg enjoyers tend to focus on the size of what she's pregnant with. I actually know a couple of female erotica writers who REALLY focus on the feeling of carrying a very active litter (which is the term they often use), they focus a lot on how restless and full of motion a hyper pregnancy would be, where a lot of male brained viewers (like myself) will just go "big round shape, very sexo" It's interesting to think about how you insert yourself or don't into fetish material, since pregnancy is a uniquely female kind of experience. A lot of women who enjoy this material do it from the "I'm her!" perspective. Where guys just tend to go "look at her!"
