Those are the only two ways drawing has an immediate pay off which would encourage you to draw all the time. I just want to make comics but sometimes I get tired of drawing daily. I enjoy drawing but doing it daily makes it into a chore. I'm not a degenerate so I don't want to draw porn and I'm not a woman so I don't want to play dress up with fictional characters. What should I do to encourage myself to draw?

Nah you don't need those things.
Eliminate all other distractions, put on a podcast, preferably something with an incredibly boring topic, like politics or some shit, and make sure there's an empty paper and pencil in front of you.
You literally don't need to have any ideas before you start to draw. You just need to be bored enough. You'll pull the ideas out of the paper, you'll see.

It’s okay if you don’t enjoy drawing every day but if you want to make comics you 100% have to draw every day. If drawing feels like a chore, find something that you absolutely love drawing and just stick with that- maybe it’s vehicles, anatomy, etc. Just find something that you could draw a million times and still not be tired of. To encourage yourself, maybe set a goal. Maybe you want to reach a certain skill level, draw from imagination, etc

You want to make a comic, but that entails having characters going about their lives and such. Unless they're robots or something, chances are they're gonna wear different clothes at some point if for no other reason than to get ready for bed. I don't really consider that to be the equivalent as playing dollhouse...

You probably have other not art related problems that keep you from drawing all day.

start drawing without any expectations. The ideas and inspiration will come naturally.
