Its kind of always been that way though, thats why you see people with shit tier art making bank on patreon (thats the goal, isn't it?).I've found that making your art fundamentally strong on its own means jack shit if you aren't capturing people's attention and engagement in other ways.Try adding speech to your art, even if it doesnt make sense. That alone gives people more reason to interact. And if you get better at creating some kind of continuity that way, you'll be way better off than drawing a perfect figure drawing. Don't just lump all your time into beauty, it isn't enough anymore. This isn't some grand revelation either, people have known this for decades now.
