I can appreciate the attempt at suggesting the irregular patterns on the edge of the areolas but theres so much more he could do. Although the art uses a rather simplistic stylization with only a little bit more tinkering with volume and values, he could add: puffy nipples, darker(pregnancy related) areolas, enlarged Montgomery glands, outward pointing nipples, inward pointing nipples, downward pointing nipples, upward pointing nipples? the possibilities are plentiful.Then again simple can be good enough for the purpose of this thread, more is not always more unless you are into neoclassical.
