I started engaging in a local art community i met at a convention and when i opened commissions all of them that came to me are either art of their character thats so painfully not fitting in with the franchise that it might as well be a standalone, or their self insert with an existing character, with interactions so painfully out of character that it might as well just be reducing them down to a caricature. They aren't paying well either, like $40-60 per piece? I have no idea how to branch out but i'm starting to get so sick of them. do i just start anew on social media or something? is xitter even worth it right now? side note: I don't even draw yume stuff or things remotely related to that shit, I just do fanart and ocs occasionally. Not posting what i draw because I don't want any chance of them to see this.

>>7911025normal people don't pay for drawings, your options are boomers, sexual deviants and turbo autismos
OP here>>7911053I guess it is what it is :(>>7911060I need to find more of my type of autismos... my clients almost all feel like high school girls who never got out of that phase and start drama all the time... i guess theyre everywhere now since the pandemic
nerds with similar tastes will not have money. thats why they call it selling out instead of gifting out, anon

Embrace it. Don’t fight the cringe. Let it take over completely. It’s the only way forward. You must finish this My Little Pony commission. And this time make sure her cock length is accurate. You do want to get paid, right?
>>7911053>sometimes that's just how the cookie crumblesbut OP never mentioned furries
