As a beg how can I achieve Accuracy, natural Gestures, and solid Forms? What to do?What should I do for natural gestures? I don't even know.I tried listening to Vilppu but I was filtered because I was retarded. When I see arts I only keep focusing on silhouettes for unknown reasons (prob because I am a diagnosed schizo) and I can't get out of that habit. And when I try to copy gestures, they are always slightly wrong proportionally. What sort of mental process should I have when I am trying to observe? I am working on plumb lines and rough outlines, negative space. (I am still ass at them as I am a beg.)And I am also counting head spaces. What else for accuracy? For forms, I will do boxmaxxing but what else for forms? (Box is so mentally painful because my hands constantly shake because of parkinsons I got from meds.)Any chad who can provide advice/help?Gotta go sleep now Good night!

>>7912746Do gesture studies and line of action drills as a warmup. Study photographs and live subjects. Do blind contours. Spend more time observing the subject (focus on the negative space: use the envelope method), then hide the reference and draw from memory.Break down subjects/references into shapes and forms.Avoid boxmaxxing given your shaky hands. Go the Charles Schulz way and just roll with it. Draw buildings and shoes and cars and interiors instead. When you observe the reference, pay attention to the largest shapes and the negative space of the subject. Note where certain features line up or how the forms/shapes of the subject are similar to forms/shapes you've already seen. The longer you observe and the more you observe a particular reference, the better your recall.Don't count heads. Compare body parts that are touching (if you're drawing a leg, compare it to the torso, if you're drawing a torso, compare it to the head). Remember that wingspan = height of the character, the crotch is the halfway point of the body, and that two legs put together equal the height of the body.
>>7912764>>7913069Thanks guys.
Make use of the people around you. Friends, relations, whomever. Pose them, snap a photo, and use it for reference. Then draw very lightly in pencil until you get the right image, then darken the correct set of lines.
