>infinitely more progress in one year than I had in 7
my life is a complete failure
>pyw
absolutely not

Looks like ai. Probably is.

Even so, people that made huge progress in only 1 year exist.
>>
>>7917133
that person just tried harder

Maybe they drew 4000 hours in that year. Have you drawn for 4000 hours in your life?
>>
>>7917137
I don’t think so, he has tons of footage of his process for various drawings
>>7917166
He does mention he drew 5 hours a day, practically every day
>>
>>7917133
I learnt to draw in 6 months, really not that hard if you put the hours in.

>draw 5 hours a day for a year and make sure to practice your fundies
>improves like someone who spent over 1500 hours practicing a skill with purpose.

>draw with references for every part, including the render
>stack it on top and use the Liquify tool to fix it in position afterward
Everyone can draw

Drawing is a broad term that covers many different activities and disciplines, and proper assessment of progress can not be done based on a few finished examples.
Just generally, it's also unwise to constantly compare your progress with others this way.
Ever seen a new artist that seemed to progress at an incredible rate, then have a sharp decline, and then started to improve again very gradually? It's because the artist started out regurgitating other people's ideas, copied anime as if it were still life. Upon realizing the limitations of that approach, they tried to incorporate less copying and saw a decline in their work. This is the S curve of competence, it happens a lot in art and business, and what matters is that second climb up.

From tranime to TRANIME, literally zero progress

so does the faggot you are trying to run ads for do anything other than generic anime faces shoulders up?

i was going to make a new comparison this week anyway, but it'll take me a while to find the time. here is an old one i posted on /ic/ a couple of times now. the amount of time actually drawing in between is probably about a year or something, the indicator is a little misleading, but honest.

anitroons when tasked with drawing real people, everyone
>>
>>7917858
“Drawing real people” usually means just photocopying a ref, which is trivial compared to drawing anime from imagination
>>
>>7918105
i'm sure your generic anime girl drawings are not very original either.

From vince mcmahon to kyle mclachlan, great job
