Really should make a 2nd version with smaller scaling.

Look at some of these amazing artists and you'll see that they're also very good note-takers in their studies. Firce yourself to explain even if you don't have to, and I guarantee you will have a very tight version of what you have now and the hurdles of inconsistency will be removed. This is why I recommend a written rubric.
