Have a problem with overconstructing during the gesture/layout/blocking part of drawing. my gestures lack confidence so i normally redo them more than once, then i do the basic shapes, but my grasp of realistic anatomy is kinda low, and then after i fill in some details i do the actual Rough Sketch. Is this just a lack of confidence issue? I just came off a period where I couldn't draw as much due to repetitive strain injury...had nothing to do with drawing though it was something else.

If you feel as if its too much work to redraw and paint the eyes now just keep it in mind for the next drawing you do.
