Is posting porn under your real name even a good idea? I'm talking naked women, not actual sex, although the coomer rabbit hole may lead to the latter eventually. I'm just wondering if I'd get banned on Paypal and such if they knew I even make something like it in the first place. Yes, the goal would be to make money.

Or do I have to make a second account and pretend it's someone else?

Just from a business savvy point of view you shouldn't. You already know you're setting yourself for possible "problematic issues". Don't start planting landmines around you unnecessarily from the very beginning. You will attract the kind of audience that you don't really want. Juvenile, low vibe people who won't back you up beyond that basic dopamine threshold interest. Do you want to "get paid"? you won't get paid shit if people have to go through loops on fire and hurdles to $upport your sexy or kinky art style. You're already setting yourself for failure, by offering a thing that can't be paid through mainstream standard means. People don't want to pay for that with their ID, and you risk getting banned by doing it. That's and insane way to get into any business plan. You need all the possible advantages, NOT all the possible disadvantages. It's like trying to run a race and start by tying your own legs, before the race.
No, it's not a good idea.
Just start normally, in the big free ocean, plenty of audiences to go through, and explore without cornering yourself irremediably in the worst case. Don't corner yourself. Stay in the open market, always.

Hey, nobody can doxx you if you doxx yourself first eh

It’s never a good idea to use your real name under your online handle using the same email address. Then it gets leaked from an ooopsie poopsie and now everyone can piece together you draw porn to your address and relatives by using people finder.
>>
Why is it important to you to show everyone your real name when you do not need to? Use a nickname like everyone else.
Paypal makes a distinction between nsfw art and live action porn. You can use Paypal to run a nsfw art page on Patreon. You can not use Paypal to sell photos and videos of real people.
You can draw the most deranged shit for money as long as you do NOT get into R-18G stuff (furry, loli, guro and such).
What you want to draw possibly falls under artistic nudity. You can post that without a nsfw flag.

At a glance it seems like a terrible idea to subject myself to retards and allowing for any irl people to see what I do, but what seemed enticing to me was a certain sense of truly embracing an unabashed artist's lifestyle, not shying away from more taboo depictions of humans and whatnot, not needing to dance around words when people ask me about what I do. And when they see it and still accept or even find me more interesting as a person, it would feel liberating, if you understand what I mean, like I could just be truly myself and do whatever and still find success.

I also find online personas fake, personally, that being said I value anonymity like any sensible person, so I wouldn't be opposed to be a faceless account if that's what's needed. I guess I just don't want to pretend and split myself into different personalities to appeal to different entities.

That’s fine and I understand where you’re coming from but we’re moving into. World where some kinds of wrong think will be deemed bad and it’ll impact your social credit score. So if you’re okay with the possibility you could be debanked for problematic posts and people sending your mom the furry porn you drew the by all means

I don't think the new generation today (and even less tomorrow) cares about "doxxing". They care about the "value" of that strategy in regards to results in profit or success. They don't care about "moral rules" but "market rules". And I understand how diffuse and confusing must be to them to get that right. We all have been conditioned to think that the "market is free", "there are no rules", because there are no moral rules anymore and we are living in a society where "anything goes". BUT, -there are- rules, when it comes to money. It's a ruthless game, where the market savvy fools the less savvy into going through the wrong loops, ending up in segregated markets, while they stay in the nicer and greener ones. Today You don't commit "moral sins", but "market sins". Parents don't care if you make porn as long as you get rich, but you won't get rich drawing furry futas, you will get rich by making the next Netflix season trendy show. Greedy and ruthless Big cats want the mainstream highway for themselves, and they will throw the fool and the horny in to the slow side-way lines.

After ten or so commissions you stop worrying about it. You don't recognize the names of your clients and they probably don't make the connection that the dude in the transaction details is the artist they bought from.

Porn and nudity are not the same thing. Eros is a type of love that starts with a physical appreciation and transcends into something deeper. Nudity can very much be the latter while porn is specifically created for masturbating.

Nowadays, everything is "gooner" art.

I find it cringe that they promote men to be sex addicts but only to being dominated by women rather than normal healthy relationships. Men are now both a slave to their sexual desires and to women.

it's only a problem if its shitty and bizarre.

There's a reason why artists and writers have pen name. You don't want when people google your name, porn stuff comes out first.

I guess if it's all 20 year and older people, I don't think you'll get banned.

But then Majority of Payment Processors that are easy for any random of American can have are strict about processing payment meant for services that involve Adult services. (read: Naked human people)

You also always have at least one autistic moron that puts "Thanks for the drawings/services/pictures" included in the invoice. So Paypal pajeets are on the look out for that to lock and get your Paypal money.

How do you charge for nsfw commissions these days?

Maybe his name is so generic that a billion other people show up.

Please link me to this. I love male slave content and haven't seen any of this trend.
