Fair enough. The game itself is really solid and so carbon copy esque of code vein I even thought there was some dev connection there initially. It wasn't until I wanted to check out the japanese voice over I realized it was actually chinese game, since there was only english and chinese available.

There has been an uptick in security incidents lately, so I would be careful with downloading things randomly. The software still has to parse the file, and there could be edgecases that the developers didn't consider, so it's still possible to get a virus from a brush pack.

Nah. I don't think there was any drama besides the game not really being a sequal but basically reboot. What I've heard it's worse in every way compared to the first and the performance is pretty bad, which made me not want to buy it since my pc still has 1060. The art style for the characters also looks uncanny now, no idea why they felt like changing it
